Dear Portland,
IT WAS SO NICE TODAY.
I know you are having your starlight parade tonight, and I have been told it is fleet week, how very exciting for you! I hope you have a good week. I really do.
I have a busy day tomorrow. Class, grocery shopping and I have to make brownies for my Monday class. One of my girls is going on vacation and I promised them that on her last day I would do something special. I am actually very excited to see how much of the scarf this girl has done. She is an impressive knitter, a patient and fast learner and I'm stoked for her. I also started my hat over today (more than once) and I am super happy to report that it is going well. This is the first new pattern I have learned in a long time and this project has been really fun. The hardest part is yet to come but I think I got it in the bag.
Today has mostly been a quiet Saturday but I must say:
I'm giving the neighbor one hour to take those dogs in the house before I am calling in a noise complaint again.

About Me

- The Learning Curve of an Adult Child is singularly me. I suppose it's about the trials and tribulations involved in what "they" call being a grown-up. But maybe it's just about things that happen and things I think about... (Also, that is my computer generated pirate name) My other blog, [hap]hazard, is my best friend and I. We enjoy adventuring.
